1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of food supplements by Ritualité SAS on the ritualite.fr website to consumers.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products (composition, dosages, directions for use, precautions) are shown on each product page. Photographs are not contractual.
3. Prices
Prices include all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Ritualité reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
4. Order and payment
The order is confirmed after full payment by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. A confirmation email summarises the order.
5. Shipping
Shipping methods, times and rates are detailed on the Shipping & returns page.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Ritualité extends this period to 30 days. In accordance with Article L.221-28, this right does not apply to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
7. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, including by using the consumer mediator.
