Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is fully secure.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been shipped. Email us at bonjour@ritualite.fr within an hour of placing your order, with your order number.
How do I use my welcome code?
Sign up for the newsletter to receive the code BIENVENUE15: 15% off your first order, to enter in the cart or at checkout. Cannot be combined with already discounted Rituals.
Shipping
What are the delivery times and rates?
Colissimo home delivery in 2 to 3 business days ($4.90), Mondial Relay pick-up point in 3 to 5 business days ($3.90). Shipping is free in France on orders over $49. To the European Union: $9.90, in 4 to 7 business days.
When is my order shipped?
Orders placed before 1 pm (business days) are shipped the same day from our warehouse in France. You'll receive an email with the tracking link.
Returns
Can I return a product?
You have 30 days after receipt to return an unopened product. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the return.
Our products
Are your supplements medicines?
No. They are food supplements, intended to complement a varied and balanced diet. They do not treat anything and do not replace medical treatment. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Can I take several supplements at the same time?
Often yes: our Rituals are designed precisely to combine complementary formulas without exceeding recommended intakes. Avoid combining several products containing the same vitamins (D, B9, A) without advice.
Are they suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most of our formulas are not recommended during pregnancy. After-Baby Essentials is designed for the postnatal period: ask your midwife or doctor for advice, especially if you are breastfeeding. Each product page lists the precautions.
Which products are vegan?
Magnesium Balance, Serene Transition, Digestive Comfort, Hair Gummies, Berberine Metabolism and After-Baby Essentials are suitable for a vegan diet. Our collagens are of marine origin and Vanilla Isolate contains milk.
How long should a course last?
The duration is shown on each product page. In general, we recommend at least one month of regular use, and three months for the beauty rituals and Serene Transition.
Where are your products made?
Our formulas are designed in Paris and made in France by certified laboratories. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory.
Rituals and subscription
What is a Ritual?
A Ritual combines two or three complementary formulas around one goal (radiance, performance, balance, new mum). It costs 15% less than its products bought separately.
