Ritualité was born from a simple conviction: what we do every day matters more than what we do once in a while.
From the spa to the bathroom
It all started in a spa, during those few minutes when time slows down: the warmth of a towel, the precise gesture of a treatment, a cup of herbal tea before heading off again. We wondered why these moments remained exceptional, when they could become daily.
Food supplements were often experienced as a chore: a capsule swallowed in a hurry, a jar forgotten at the back of a cupboard. We wanted to make them the opposite: a ritual, taken with the same care as a skincare treatment, at a set time, with clear formulas and a design you want to leave out on the shelf.
Ritual as a method
A ritual is a gesture repeated with intention. It is also a discipline: the right dose, at the right time, for the right duration. Each of our formulas states its moment (morning, before meals, after exercise, evening) and a course duration. Because consistency is the condition for any result.
What we stand for
- Readable formulas. Every ingredient is listed with its dosage, and every stated benefit corresponds to a claim authorised by European regulations.
- Carefully chosen actives. Well-tolerated mineral forms, standardised plant extracts, marine collagen sourced from fishing by-products.
- Clear precautions. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication: we state clearly when a formula is not suitable.
- Less packaging. Glass jars, compostable refills, recycled cardboard boxes.

Our formulas are designed in Paris with our scientific committee and made by certified French laboratories, following good manufacturing practices for food supplements.
