Digestive enzyme complex (amylase, protease, lipase, lactase, cellulase, bromelain, papain, alpha-galactosidase, invertase, glucoamylase, hemicellulase), ginger rhizome dry extract (Zingiber officinale), gastro-resistant shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan, fennel seed powder (Foeniculum vulgare), bacterial strains (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Streptococcus thermophilus), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Why take it before meals?
The enzymes act on food: taking them 10 to 15 minutes before eating means they are present at the right time.
How does the refill work?
Buy the glass jar once, then order the refill: simply pour the 60 capsules into your jar. The pouch is compostable.
Does it need to be kept in the fridge?
It's not mandatory, but recommended after opening: in a cool, dry place, the strains keep better.
Can I take it continuously?
Yes, within the maximum dose of 3 capsules a day. Many of our customers take it as a one to two-month course, especially when the seasons change or when travelling.
